Employer Liaison (Toronto)

Position: Permanent Full‑time Employer Liaison (hybrid‑remote), based in Skymark, Mississauga.

We are seeking individuals who have the passion and drive to make a positive and sustainable impact for the individuals we serve, providing exceptional client experience and supporting skill development, life stabilization, and sustainable employment.

Key Job Functions

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and eligibility of programs administered through Employment Ontario.
• Develop and maintain a diversified portfolio of employers that will meet the current and future needs of our clients' occupational goals and barriers.
• Advocate and promote clients’ individual skill sets to employers, with a focus on those from marginalized and underrepresented groups.
• Connect our value proposition to employers’ workforce development needs, ensuring a strong match between job seekers and employers.
