Location: Birkenhead
Salary: £31,767 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Due to the nature of this role covering multiple areas, a full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle is essential for this position.
About the Role
Trigon Recruitment are seeking a passionate and proactive Employment Specialist to support individuals facing barriers to employment across Birkenhead. Working within the IPS (Individual Placement and Support) framework, you will help participants identify their employment goals, secure suitable job opportunities, and sustain meaningful employment.
This is a community-focused role, spending the majority of your time meeting participants, employers and partner organisations within local community settings.
