Employment & Labour Lawyer We serve both employer and employee clients across various industries, including technology, landscaping, and finance. The role involves handling contract reviews, disability management, discrimination and harassment claims, workplace investigations, M&A employment matters, termination claims, and litigation.

What you’ll do In this high‑impact client‑facing position, you will provide legal solutions for employment and labour matters, manage client relationships, and contribute directly to the firm’s mission and client service delivery.

What you’ll bring

At least 3‑4 years of private practice experience in employment and labour law with client‑facing practice management.

Comfortable with litigation proceedings and solicitor work, with a passion for innovative and enforceable contracts and legal precedents.
