About the role
This 12‑month fixed‑term contract offers a true generalist opportunity, combining day‑to‑day HR and ER partnering with leadership and delivery of key People and Capability strategic projects and initiatives. This role also has a specialist element and will play a key role in implementing our People pillars and projects that impact the whole business.
Responsibilities
Here is what you could be involved with on any given day:
- Develop and own the company employment relations strategy
- Lead business partners and people leaders to effectively manage employment relations matters
- Build Industrial Relations strategy, contribute to Collective Bargaining and develop and lead the Union Engagement Plan
- Contribute to the delivery of an organisation‑wide ER and therefore People strategy linked support model and the adjacent people policy development
