Job Description

A leading international law firm is looking to add an experienced Employment Lawyer to its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate (at least 4+ PQE) to join a well-regarded practice with a strong international platform. The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex work and the chance to take on real responsibility within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The position will involve:
Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and transactional documentation;
Handling TUPE matters across service provision changes and asset purchase transactions;
Providing commercially focused HR advisory support to a broad client base; and
Playing an active role in client relationship development and wider business development initiatives.
