Job Description
Employment Workshop Facilitator
Catholic Social Services is seeking two dynamic and engaging Employment Workshop Facilitators who are passionate about adult learning and workforce development to join our Workforce Development team. These positions will support the delivery of two new employment training programs: Ready to Serve (RTS) and Renewing Expertise, Navigating Upward (RENU).
This is an 18-month, full-time contract position ending on December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate is a skilled trainer and facilitator who enjoys working with diverse groups of learners, creating interactive and engaging classroom learning experiences, and motivating participants to achieve their employment goals.
