Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager - NE Cook & N Lake Counties

Shift Type: PRN, flexible, Minimum of 8 points or 2 days per week.

Compensation: Pay per visit, uncapped, pay rate dependent upon visit type, visit rates ranging from $55 - $150+, processed bi-weekly (26 pay periods).
