We are looking for a part time Emergency Medical Technology instructor to teach EMT 274 Critical Care Transport. This course prepares experienced clinicians with the advanced skills required to transport the critically ill and injured. This course is not intended for the entry level clinician but to challenge experienced providers to perform in-depth assessments (hemodynamic monitoring, blood chemistry, radiologic, and EKG) and determine invasive care (intubation, RSI, chest tube, thoracostomy, determination of ventilator settings, and IABP/Impella) beyond the traditional scope of practice.
