Job Description
Job Title: EMT- Emergency Medical Technician- Manufacturing Facility
Responsibilities
+ Respond to workplace injuries and medical emergencies, providing first aid, triage, and stabilization care as needed.
+ Assess the severity of injuries and determine appropriate next steps, including on-site care, return-to-work guidance, or escalation to higher-level medical care.
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all incidents, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with OSHA requirements and internal company policies.
+ Support workers’ compensation processes by completing injury documentation, coordinating required paperwork, and assisting with follow-up activities for injured employees.
+ Monitor employee recovery status and assist with follow-up care coordination, including return-to-work clearances and tracking of modified duty assignments.
