EMV Production Scheduler

Job Summary

The EMV® Production Scheduler will be responsible for EMV® production schedule & Chip Flashing Schedule for a manufacturing production environment consisting of multiple production lines in a 24/5 High Mix / High Volume environment. Work closely with material planners to ensure raw stock is available for production to achieve on time delivery for customer due dates. Partner with Operations to achieve schedule attainment and Shipping/Logistics to achieve OTD/OTIF KPI target.

Primary Responsibilities

Produces and updates a detailed production schedule and plan using ERP and other data systems to ensure plan is up-to-date and optimized to maximize availability of finished goods for customers and minimize machine downtime, Initiates production orders accordingly
