Enabling Functions FLIGHT DECK Lean Leader

The Enabling Functions FLIGHT DECK Leader will be responsible for transforming results through the application of FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s lean operating model. In this role, you will report to the Enabling Functions FLIGHT DECK Leader, serve as a coach, facilitator, and advocate to the Sales & Business Development and the Contracts and Government Properties organizations to drive the understanding and adoption of FLIGHT DECK.
This position will require up to 50% Travel.
