Precision Plastic Products Company LLC is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Dubai to manage the end-to-end customer order fulfillment for rigid plastic packaging products. You will ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and 5-8 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment within manufacturing or FMCG. Strong knowledge of ERP systems is required.
