The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting learning and development initiatives such as conducting training needs analysis. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent, alongside administrative HR tasks. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in recruitment. HRTX offers an onsite work setup from Monday to Friday.
