Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an End User Support Technician for their Redmond, WA location. Responsibilities:


+ The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization.

+ With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.

+ Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning.

Requirements:

+ Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable.
