Endoscopic Technician - Days Full Time

Endoscopy Tech in our Cancer Center at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts. Shift start times may vary between 6:30am - 8am, however there are no weekend shifts in this role.



Under the general supervision of the Department Manager, assists the medical, clinical and clerical staff in the care of the patient by providing high quality technical skills. The Endoscopy Technician II performs at a more advanced level acting as a preceptor to others. The Endoscopy Technician II assists with the admission and discharge of patients from the holding unit, to ensure a safe environment and quality patient care. The Endoscopy Technician II assists the RN with endoscopic procedures for both adults and pediatric patients in all settings of the hospital and Pavilion. The Endoscopy Technician II has a complete understanding and knowledge of high-level disinfection.
