Endoscopy Clinical Lead

The post holder will provide clinical leadership for the Endoscopy service, working closely with the Clinical Director to support the implementation of the Trust's strategy for Endoscopy within an Integrated Care System. The role involves leading the Endoscopy team to ensure key performance indicators – including quality, activity, access and financial targets – are consistently achieved, and maintaining a robust clinical governance framework to guarantee safe, effective, and high‑quality delivery of endoscopy services.
Main duties of the job
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and timely patient care, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the Endoscopy service.
