Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Endoscopy Technician to support our medical team in providing high-quality care during endoscopic procedures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling endoscopy equipment, ensuring patient comfort, and assisting physicians throughout diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain endoscopic equipment and instruments before, during, and after procedures
- Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures, including colonoscopies, gastroscopies, and sigmoidoscopies
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and storage of scopes and accessories
- Monitor patient condition and comfort during procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and maintenance logs
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other staff to ensure smooth procedure flow
