Job Description
To oversee the planning, organisation and delivery of Energy Management services and projects, with safety, commerciality, customer service and legislative compliance as key drivers. This includes leading change and influencing employee behaviour in energy management best practice. Key to this will be to provide effective energy efficiency expertise and project management delivery in a technically complex environment. Manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies on that data held within the Property & Estates CAFM system and collect and migrate data to and from a range of other systems. To support the delivery of the Departments objectives and in line with the Translink’s Carbon Positive Strategy. Essential Criteria • Minimum of a HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification, in an energy, mechanical or electrical related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ energy, mechanical or electrical management related experience.
