Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join this established Energy and Strategic Land Team. This is a varied and interesting role which will involve advising on commercial property work, transactions and projects. Your key duties will include:
Delivering legal advice and services in energy and property law.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, offers, options, leases, securities and ranking agreements for solar. wind and battery storage projects
Providing support on project management and maintenance of records and advice
