Your new role Support Client Advisors with client lifecycle management (CLM) and account maintenance activities. Handle account structure changes (ASC) across various client types (individuals, companies, trusts, funds). Provide documentation and advisory support for client requests (e.g. account updates, bank references, digital banking access). Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, compliance, and AML requirements. Perform checks related to name screening, sanctions, and risk mitigation. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.
