Engagement In-Charge - Finance & Accounting

OVERVIEW

The Engagement In-Charge (IC) owns day-to-day execution and timeliness for an assigned set of client engagements within a Service Lead's (SL) portfolio. The IC drafts every client-facing deliverable — tax filings, transactions, financial reporting — to NTMI standard and submits it for SL review before release. The IC is the first line of defense on deadlines: surfacing risk early, escalating judgment calls the IC isn't equipped to resolve alone, and coordinating across the team so nothing stalls waiting on someone else's input.
