About the Role
As an engagement manager, you’ll act as the trusted link between our large customers and Cegal’s delivery teams, ensuring services are aligned to business goals and contractual commitments are met. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from initiation through renewal, while continuously seeking ways to improve performance, increase efficiency, and deliver added value.
