Role: SME Engagement Manager

Location: Mumbai

Exp Range: 5 - 10 Yrs

Must Have:

• 5 yrs of experience in Academic Service Industry ·
• At least 4 years of experience managing SMEs, Faculty or Vendor experience in Academic Services ·
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing ·
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues of SME ·
• Managing Stakeholders - Internal & External ·
• Good command over English both written and spoken ·
• Good command over Hindi ·
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite

Roles & Responsibility:

• 1 Establish clear channels of communication with Subject Matter Expert and set expectations for regular updates and feedback.
