Position Summary

Manage the engagement and experience of external consultants globally. Plan and execute the technical community calendar (tech talks, hackathons, webinars, meet‑ups) and act as the operational link between the consultant ecosystem and the internal global coordinator. This role is the dedicated resource for consultant engagement— a function currently distributed across the team.

Job Duties / Functions

• Plan and execute the global technical events calendar: tech talks, hackathons, webinars, and community meet‑ups.
• Manage the end‑to‑end consultant relationship: onboarding, ongoing communication, feedback loops, and retention.
• Coordinate with global operations and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the consultant community: newsletters, engagement platforms, surveys.
• Track and report engagement metrics: participation rates, NPS, satisfaction scores.
