Engagement Support Officer for Inclusion Health Team

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Engagement Support Officer to join the 0‑19 Inclusion Health Team, dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of some of the most vulnerable children, young people, and families across Surrey. The role plays a vital part in delivering a specialist, enhanced Health Visiting service to communities experiencing homelessness and social exclusion, including asylum seekers, refugees, families in emergency accommodation and those from marginalised or nomadic backgrounds such as Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Inclusion Health Team to deliver outreach and engagement with vulnerable children, young people and families across Surrey.
• Build strong relationships with statutory, community and voluntary partners to improve access to health and wellbeing services.
