**Requirements/Qualifications/Competence**:
- Valid STCW certification, National CoC Reg. III/1, with current endorsement.
- 2 years experience as an Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch for offshore projects.
- Willing to temporarily relocate to China.
- IMO A.1079-compliant qualifications to perform Maintenance Supervisor (MS) or Ballast Control Operator (BOX) roles.
