About the role
This role is responsible to continuously monitor Asset's health data with an objective to improve asset reliability and performance, provide consistent communication and reporting, and provide engineering solutions to reliability issues.
In this role, you will:
Conduct reliability projects, including plant modifications and innovation projects, with a focus on safety, cost reduction, and equipment reliability improvementEvaluate fleet performance using data analysis tools, identifying trends, and creating reports to guide reliability strategiesLead root cause analyses to address equipment failures and optimise performance in line with business safety and financial goalsContinually liaise with suppliers and OEM’s to identify improvement opportunitiesFollow the Thiess Change Management Process for all proposed changes to Asset Strategies & or Design RegistrationsMonito...
