Engineer (Concrete Lab)

• Lead and assist colleagues/subordinates to ensure smooth operation of Concrete Lab
• Provide support in the development of new tests
• Provide and participate in corporate activities such as safety, internal/external trainings, work improvement, etc.
• Participate in SAC SINGLAS Accreditation Assessment and achieve approved signatory
• Attend to clients’ enquiries and technical issues
• Prepare and follow up on quotations sent to clients
• Open job and follow through the job, i.e., testing, report writing, report endorsement, and draft invoice preparation
• Prepare worksheets for new tests and assist to review existing worksheets
• Support other sections when required, e.g., Thermal lab / Cement Lab / Cube lab
• Handle any other assignments, e.g., ad‑hoc duties and posting, etc. as assigned by supervisor from time to time
