ENGINEER, F10 SPM PMO

As part of the Site Strategic Program Manager Office (SPMO) team, you will manage programs and projects for one or more of the following categories: Business Plans and Strategic Benchmarking, Site objectives related to Infrastructure, People and others, Technology & Cost Competitiveness, Manufacturing Efficiency & Effectiveness, Sustainable Manufacturing.

You will support the Site Director and leadership through the Site SPMO Director to develop a roadmap for achieving Best‑In‑Class performance in the category (categories) of your responsibility. You will work with stakeholders and departments to prioritize and establish the business value of projects and facilitate the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects on time. Additionally, you will assist stakeholders with project management to manage scope, time, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fab10 on the assigned category in collaboration work with Frontend Operations network.
