Engineer

Responsibilities

• Run the Injection, blow & PET m/c with optimised process.
• PPM Control, maintain 5’S in shop floor.
• Minimize m/c downtime & run the m/c as per defined cycle time.
• Ensure the EHS Compliance and closure of NCs on time.
• Responsible to get optimum utilization of available resources.
• New mould trial & validation.
• Productivity improvement projects.
• Active participating in KAIZEN/ Cost saving projects.
• Should participate in Root Cause Analysis in any moulding defect/ customer complain.
• Responsible for maintaining the reduced mould change over time in Moulding and work on continual improvements to reduce further.
