What you'll do
Manage and resolve L1/L2 security incidents and requests
Monitor and operate systems such as:
Access Control
CCTV / Video Surveillance
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution documentation
Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured information
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base creation
What we're looking for
Engineer I (Junior):
