Job Description
You as Engineer II, Mfg will develop, optimize, validate, and sustain molding, automation, and extrusion manufacturing processes within a regulated environment. This hands‑on role provides direct technical support to manufacturing operations. It leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports product transfers and process validations, and ensures successful implementation, improvement, and long‑term sustainability of highly automated equipment, tooling, and systems. The Manufacturing Engineer works closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development to deliver robust, scalable, compliant, and cost‑effective manufacturing solutions that ensure product quality, operational excellence, and reliable capability, and reports to the Associate Director of Manufacturing.
