The incumbent will work closely with module and process engineers to identify defect sources, drive corrective actions, and enhance wafer quality to meet product requirements.
Your Job
Supervise YDD Associate Engineers and wafer technicians to ensure smooth 24/7 inline shift operations.
Train and certify D0 Associate Engineers on recipe creation, defect source identification, and tool operation.
