Engineer - Mechanical (Site)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect building systems specific to their discipline including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire safety, plumbing and energy systems.
• Utilize design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Revizto or BIM tools) to produce detailed layouts and schematics.
• Develop sustainable and energy‑efficient solutions that comply with regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other professionals to integrate building systems into overall designs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and calculations to support project needs.
• Ensure compatibility and functionality of various building services systems within the structure.
