The Manufacturing Engineering role is responsible for leading and coordinating the Manufacturing Engineering activities to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant production processes for seatbelt assembly operations. This role drives continuous improvement, supports new product launches, ensures process capability, and guarantees adherence to safety, quality and regulatory standards (IATF *****).

• Ensure manufacturing processes (e.g., webbing cutting, tipper sewing, lacing, sleeve assembly, box stitch, and EOL testing) are optimized for efficiency, quality, and safety.
