To work with project consultants and key stakeholders, such as other government agencies, on the design of the various facilities in IWMF and ensure that IWMF is constructed, erected, installed in accordance with design specifications and complying with statutory requirement.To participate in the testing, commissioning of mechanical, process, or electrical, instrument, control and automation equipment/systems.To attend factory acceptance tests (FATs) at local and overseas factories to witness and verify quality and performance of major equipment/systems.Technical responsibilities in the operations and maintenance
