Engineer, Project-MOC(Management of Change)

Overview

Penspen is looking for an Engineer, Project-MOC for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. He will be responsible for managing, controlling, and documenting changes to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and document changes to EPC projects as part of project MOC activities.

Qualifications

• An Engineering Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical from a recognized University.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in megaprojects in oil and gas processing.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with 3-5 years specializing in MOC for EPCM projects.
• Liaising between engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients (such as ADNOC) to secure necessary approvals.
• Experience in technical submittal reviews, contractor claims management, and site inspections.
