Job Description
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project requirements, specifications, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Check and analyse construction drawings, authority requirements, tender specifications, and contract documents.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion of works.
- Monitor and inspect site installations and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Identify, prepare, and highlight discrepancies in drawings and coordinate with consultants for clarification and resolution.
