Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Role Summary: Responsible for evaluating product designs for manufacturability and developing efficient, cost‑effective injection mold tooling solutions. Should have awareness of various graining processes and a strong understanding of plastic processing techniques. The candidate should have a good understanding of plastic injection molding processes, including blow molding, 2K molding, back injection, and reverse mold concepts, particularly for automotive trim components. Should be proficient in 3D CAD software such as Siemens NX (UG NX) and CATIA, with the ability to quickly develop parting lines, lifter designs, and slider mechanisms within short timeframes. Additionally, the candidate must have strong knowledge of plastic materials and their applications in the automotive plastics domain.
