Responsible for leading and executing general engineering projects with a strong focus on automation and electrical systems, from concept through implementation. This role involves developing, specifying, and industrializing manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems, ensuring performance, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Main tasks/deliverables:
Lead cross-functional industrial projects (CAPEX) with emphasis on automation and electrical integration;
Define and specify machines, equipment, manufacturing layouts, concepts for manufacturing, etc;
Develop and integrate automation and electrical systems, including PLCs, drives, sensors, HMIs, and safety functions;
Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and on-site execution;
Manage the full project lifecycle: concept development, technical specification, supplier selection, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up;
