Job Description
Primarily responsible for driving effective Corrective Action plan for Quality Department
Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues
SPC trend, analyze and monitor
