Engineering Control Manager

About the Role

You will work as a Engineering Manager where you will be responsible for ensure the management and maintenance of all facilities (electricity, sanitation) in each area of ​the Mall which is his responsibility so as to support the smooth running of operational activities and increase customer comfort.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that engineering management related to the Property Mall runs in accordance with applicable company procedures, so that service standards can be maintained properly.
• Schedule visits to the mall according to the area and carry out evaluations to ensure that all mall engineering conditions are running well.
• Analyze operational problems so that the root cause can be found and standard solutions can be created so that they do not happen again in the future.
