Job Description

We are currently hiring for an Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. Responsibilities

Track, expedite, schedule, monitor and report on all phases of Engineering development and NPI projects in production and/or engineering labs. Prepare summaries and status reports on individual project performance, highlight problems that may affect completion as defined by schedule and initiate discussions for solutions. Attend project review meetings and report on Engineering project progress. Follow up and expedite activities failing to meet Engineering schedule; ensure corrective action is implemented without delay. Liaise with all departments involved in procurement of parts and assemblies from production for Engineering projects; assist in expediting materials with SCM, coordinate with receiving and QC, and ensure materials move smoothly to next stage.
