Engineering Coordinator

Coordinate with the engineering disciplines assigned to the project and work closely with project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations and construction team to meet or exceed on-time deliverables while maintaining quality and safety.

Coordinate with the engineering disciplines to set up Engineering and Design systems, Engineering Schedule, Master Document Register (MDR), and Procurement Schedule. Issue all deliverables as per schedule and develop Level 3 and Level 4 (MDR) schedules of Topsides and/or Marine engineering.

Coordinate with Detailed Engineering subcontractors and Third‑Party specialists for Topsides and/or Marine. Support the Engineering Manager in forecasting, mobilizing, and demobilizing engineering and design resources.

Ensure compliance with the Company’s Standards and Procedures, with specific attention to change management and deviation approval processes.
