Engineering Designer - Harness Component

Qualification, Experience and Competency requirements:

• B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Automotive Engineering with Automotive Industry experience

Preferred Experience:

Essential:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Design & Development of automotive wiring harness components (Connectors, wires, Coverings, Clips etc.,)
• Manufacturing & Assembly Plant exposure, Supplier/customer management, Launch support
• Good knowledge in design basics, vehicle packaging studies, Architecture, and statutory requirements, etc.
• Knowledge in Automotive Quality Systems (DFMEA, PPAP, DVP&R, etc...)
• Cross functional experience in Design and program management will be an added advantage
