Job Description
**Purpose**
Lead a small team of skilled technicians to keep equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. Own day‑to‑day mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and improvement work that reduces downtime and strengthens equipment performance. Support production needs with a hands‑on approach and a continuous improvement mindset.

+ Lead and support a team of 4–6 maintenance technicians.
+ Set daily priorities, assign work, and follow through to ensure issues are resolved.
