Engineering Intern - Spare Parts

Overview

At TK Elevator UAE, the Spare Parts Business Excellence (SPBE) Intern will be as part of the Service team in the Regional Center.

Reports directly to the Service Sales Manager. Hands-on experience may include:

• Expert Knowledge in Microsoft office (especially Excel and Pivot table)
• Big data analytics
• Have background in Elev/Esc spare parts
• Have background on how to classify and categorize the spare parts
• Analyze the spare part prices in different markets within ME countries
• Know how to maintain all prices in the central TKE pricing tool
• Provide arguments to our customers about prices and price levels
• Solving customer feedback and problems regarding spare parts pricing
• Material harmonization for spare parts in close coordination with the different supply units
