Engineering Maintenance Engineer, CS&M

To assist Section Manager (SM) to plan, organize and manage the CS&M Shop production in meeting the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on Trains/Equipment/Component timeline. Providing a safe, reliable, quality, and cost-effective operation in the CS&M Shop as well as to lead a team of Engineers, Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers.

• To plan and supervise work carried out by the team.
• To assist SM in meeting the key performance indicators set by Division.
• To assist SM in planning of work duties.
• To assist SM in overseeing the dissemination of instructions and procedures issued to team members.
