We are looking for an Engineering Manager

As Engineering Manager , you will have a unique opportunity to build and lead Eaton's new EMEA MVSST (Medium Voltage Solid State Transformer) R&D organization in Vantaa, Finland. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will not only develop and lead a world‑class engineering team but also establish the capabilities required to support the development of next‑generation power conversion technologies.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Define and drive the engineering strategy and roadmap for new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market requirements
