💰 Compensation: ₹90 Lakhs – ₹1 Crore (Base)
We're building at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and enterprise software, and are looking for an Engineering Manager who enjoys solving hard technical problems while leading high-performing teams.
What we're looking for:
✅ 9–13 years of backend engineering experience
✅ 1–2 years as an Engineering Manager
✅ Startup experience (Seed / Series A / Series B) is mandatory
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
✅ Experience building AI/LLM infrastructure in production (RAG pipelines, vector databases, inference systems, LLM serving, etc.)
